Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Senior Officer manages end-to-end recruitment activities across Asia, supporting hiring for both Technical and Non-Technical roles. This role focuses on strong execution of sourcing, stakeholder coordination, recruitment reporting, and process compliance to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Execute full-cycle recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech positions across multiple Asia locations, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer processing, and onboarding handover.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social platforms, databases, and recruitment agencies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles.
Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards, including headcount tracking, hiring status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, aging roles, and offer acceptance rates.
Ensure recruitment data accuracy in ATS and internal trackers; generate weekly and monthly management reports.
Coordinate with HR Operations, Mobility, and Compliance teams on pre-employment requirements, background checks, visas, and onboarding documentation when applicable.
Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, career events, and recruitment campaigns.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, internal hiring policies, and documentation standards across countries.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates, and candidate experience.
Support recruitment audits and management presentations when required.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional or multi-country exposure.
Experience hiring both Technical and Non-Technical roles.
Strong reporting and data management skills; proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and ATS reporting.
Understanding of Asia talent markets and recruitment practices is an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
