We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst to be part of our journey in transforming operational support into a true driver of business success.
Why We Need You
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify defects, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of software applications.
- Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking systems such as Jira or similar.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct manual test execution
- Analyze results from test cases and recommend improvements to enhance product quality.
- Review and verify that software products meet user needs and are free of defects.
- Ensure proper documentation of testing processes, test results, and issues.
- Participate in reviews and meetings to provide input on project timelines, quality expectations, and testing requirements.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, etc.).
- Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Testpad, Postman, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good to have but not required knowledge on iGaming Industry
