We are looking for a Finance Planning and Analyst Manager to lead transform and innovate how we manage and interpret financial data to drive strategic performance

Why We Need You

This is a key leadership role combining strategic finance and technical enablement
You will be responsible for planning budgeting forecasting and driving financial analysis across the business while ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of FPA systems and tools
You’ll help shape the financial direction of the organization by delivering timely actionable insights and empowering business units with data-driven clarity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the creation management and execution of the company’s annual budget forecasts and long-term financial plans
• Conduct financial analyses including variance profitability and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives
• Implement maintain and continuously improve financial planning and analysis tools
• Collaborate with IT and business departments to optimize and integrate planning systems
• Deliver regular management reports dashboards and key insights to senior leadership
• Partner with departments to understand operational drivers and translate them into actionable forecasts
• Monitor KPIs identify financial trends risks and opportunities and recommend strategies
• Lead financial modeling for investments new business opportunities and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts promoting technical excellence and innovation

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics Information Systems or related field Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• 5 plus years of experience in financial planning and analysis including hands-on experience with FPA tools and systems
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities using Excel or other planning software
• Experience with systems such as Jedox Anaplan QlikView or Oracle is highly desirable
• Technical skills in software development data analytics or process automation are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop and inspire a high-performing team
• A detail-oriented mindset and passion for continuous improvement
