We are looking for a Finance Planning and Analyst Manager to lead, transform, and innovate how we manage and interpret financial data to drive strategic performance.
Why We Need You
This is a key leadership role, combining strategic finance and technical enablement.
You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial analysis across the business while ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of FP&A systems and tools.
You’ll help shape the financial direction of the organization by delivering timely, actionable insights and empowering business units with data-driven clarity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the creation, management, and execution of the company’s annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct financial analyses, including variance, profitability, and scenario modeling, to support strategic initiatives.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve financial planning and analysis tools.
- Collaborate with IT and business departments to optimize and integrate planning systems.
- Deliver regular management reports, dashboards, and key insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with departments to understand operational drivers and translate them into actionable forecasts.
- Monitor KPIs, identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend strategies.
- Lead financial modeling for investments, new business opportunities, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, promoting technical excellence and innovation.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including hands-on experience with FP&A tools and systems.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities using Excel or other planning software.
- Experience with systems such as Jedox, Anaplan, QlikView, or Oracle is highly desirable.
- Technical skills in software development, data analytics, or process automation are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop and inspire a high-performing team.
