Why We Need You
We are looking for an Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding and integration process for new operator clients. As the central point of contact during crucial launch phases, you’ll ensure seamless adoption of our platform, products, and services. This role is key to setting our partners up for long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new operators, from contract signature to go-live and through hyper-care.

  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding journey.

  • Advise pre-sales teams on product availability, platform capabilities, and custom integrations.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, development, compliance, payments, marketing, and support.

  • Guide technical integrations (APIs, wallet systems, game aggregation, sportsbook configuration).

  • Deliver tailored platform training and enablement sessions for client teams.

  • Maintain and improve onboarding documentation, workflows, and timelines with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com).

  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, providing clear mitigation plans.

  • Track and report onboarding KPIs (time-to-live, adoption, satisfaction).

  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met pre-launch.

  • Conduct structured handovers to Customer Success with detailed implementation summaries.


    What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or project management, ideally in B2B iGaming or SaaS.

  • Strong knowledge of iGaming platform components (PAM, CMS, CRM, sportsbook, game aggregators, payment gateways).

  • Technical acumen with APIs, data flows, and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong time management and multitasking ability.

  • Customer Success mindset with commercial awareness of contract elements affecting delivery.

  • Project management experience with Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.

  • Data-driven approach to performance and process improvement.

  • Experience in regulated markets and compliance is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages desirable)

    Preferred Skills

  • Previous exposure to managed services (Player Support, Risk & Fraud, Marketing).

  • Background in risk management or regulatory compliance.

  • Familiarity with localization and multi-jurisdiction onboarding

    • Key Success Metrics / KPIs

  • Time-to-go-live (average duration from contract to launch).

  • Operator satisfaction (NPS/CSAT during onboarding).

  • Platform adoption and activation within the first 90 days.

  • Onboarding delivery success (on-time, in-scope, within agreed resources).
