About the Role
We are seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analytics Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our analytics strategy across the organization. As part of a group of high-growth companies — including Next Gen Technology, VibeSync Support, and Mountain Breeze — with Pulse Point at the center, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational, marketing, finance, and product excellence.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute — developing sophisticated analytical models, managing reporting frameworks, and guiding a team toward data-driven decision-making at the highest level.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the analytics lifecycle, from data gathering and validation to insight delivery and strategic recommendations.
- Act as the C-suite’s data storyteller and strategic liaison, driving decisions by aligning analytics with business priorities
- Define and monitor company-wide KPIs ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with executives and department leads to translate complex business problems into clear, data-driven solutions.
- Oversee the creation of automated dashboards, reports, and analytics pipelines using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and related tools.
- Continuously assess analytics processes and tools to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain robust data governance policies, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and security.
- Partner with Data Engineering to enhance data architecture, improve ETLs, and optimize query performance.
- Mentor and develop analysts and BI specialists, fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation.
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modelling, customer segmentation, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML models to enhance predictive capabilities.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional analytics projects from inception to delivery.
- Expert-level SQL skills and deep knowledge of relational/cloud databases.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
- Strong experience in data modeling, cleaning, and validation processes.
- Exceptional communication skills — able to convey complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to link data insights to business strategy.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Solid understanding of Agile or Kanban delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing team.
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in the iGaming industry with knowledge of casino/sportsbook performance metrics.
- Python or R proficiency for statistical modeling and advanced analytics.
- Experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, attribution tools).
- Hands-on experience designing and optimizing data pipelines.
