What You’ll Be Doing
Reports to proc leaders
Track, monitor and process all request via PayHawk/email
Communicate and understand business requests
Oversee the purchase requests (Tech/Non Tech) from 2 offices
Create Purchase Orders (PayHawk)
Timely update to business users
Liaise with principal/vendors to negotiate with fastest lead-time and cost-effective proposal
Weekly reports of Purchase orders and GOODS acquisitions
Background review and vendor accreditation (local & regional)
Occasional visit to physical stores for ad-hoc requests
Work On-site
What You Bring to the Team
. Graduate of any 4years degree courses
· Experience in acquisition of IT Peripherals, administrative/office supplies
· Good knowledge in technology and non-tech related items
· Sourcing and negotiations experience with various vendors
· Working knowledge in ticketing software is an advantage
· Vendor Management and Contract Management experience/skills is a big plus
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written, strong command of English language)
· Confident & can work under pressure w/ good judgement call
· Process-driven
· Must be logical, assertive and result-driven
· Work on-site is a MUST
