Why We Need You
As an Outbound Retention Officer, you will be responsible for proactively engaging potential and existing customers, driving user acquisition, increasing customer activation, and maximizing transaction volume through strategic outbound sales activities.
You will play a key role in converting prospects into active users, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing directly to business growth. This position is ideal for an energetic, target-driven professional who enjoys customer engagement, sales, and achieving measurable results.
What You'll Be Doing
Acquire new users through outbound prospecting activities, targeted databases, partnerships, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Engage prospects through cold calls, email communication, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels
Convert registrations into active customers by encouraging first-time deposits and transactions
Monitor and improve customer conversion rates across the acquisition funnel
Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers to increase engagement and loyalty
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, promotions, or services
Identify high-value prospects and opportunities that can contribute significantly to transaction volume and revenue generation
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Retention, and Customer Success teams to improve customer onboarding and activation processes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
Track, analyze, and report acquisition and activation performance metrics
Continuously test and improve sales approaches to maximize performance and conversion rates
Support cross-functional initiatives and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring to the Team
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
Previous experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Acquisition, Business Development, Retention, or a related field
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer behavior and performance metrics
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment

Number of new registrations and acquired users
First-Time Deposit (FTD) conversion rate
Deposit value and transaction volume generated
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) performance
