Why We Need You
As an Analytics Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics function, supporting the development and execution of data-driven strategies across the organization. You will lead analytical initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who combines technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence and business performance through data.
What You'll Be Doing
Business Intelligence & Analytics Leadership
Lead and coordinate Business Intelligence and Analytics initiatives across the organization
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
Drive the development of dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of analytics projects and reporting outputs
Promote a data-driven culture by providing actionable insights and recommendations
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
Develop meaningful business insights that support operational and strategic objectives
Design and maintain executive dashboards and KPI frameworks
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for management and business stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms
Data Infrastructure & Governance
Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Business Intelligence tools and platforms
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data warehouses, ETL processes, and data models
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, privacy, and quality standards
Identify opportunities to improve data architecture and reporting efficiency
Collaborate with technology teams to support analytics infrastructure enhancements
Team Leadership & Development
Coordinate activities within the Analytics and BI team to ensure effective project execution
Mentor and support analysts in developing technical and business capabilities
Identify skill gaps and contribute to training and development initiatives
Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team
Support resource planning and project prioritization activities
Project & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key liaison between Business Intelligence, Technology, Product, Operations, and other departments
Support project planning, documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with vendors and external partners where required
Drive analytical projects from concept through implementation and adoption
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and business leaders
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Reporting, or a related analytical function
Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or assistant managerial role
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced proficiency in SQL and database querying
Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive-level visualizations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations
Experience within iGaming, fintech, technology, or digital businesses is considered an advantage
