What You’ll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day corporate account, track account balances, and coordinate international fund transfers or top-ups.
Maintain, update, and organize corporate records.
Review vendor agreements, assist with ticketing systems for team updates, and ensure internal SOPs are documented and followed.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word- Basic)
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience working in banking, fintech, or a fast-paced corporate administration environment
Capable of handling work pressure with a high commitment to schedules and deadlines.
Knowledge:
Proficient in managing Project management tools & Digital workflows and systems
Strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent written communication skills for corporate and instant-messaging team environments.
